The notice clarifies that if the employee's family does not own a house and has no housing loan record, if they apply for a housing provident fund loan when they purchase an ordinary self-occupied house for the first time, the maximum family loan limit will be increased by 20%.
Among them, the maximum amount of housing provident fund paid by a single employee in Hangzhou urban area has been increased from 500,000 yuan to 600,000 yuan, and the maximum amount of housing provident fund paid by husband and wife has increased from 1 million yuan to 1.2 million yuan.
